Please find enclosed the Annual Taxation Statement in relation to your investment in the Prime Access Property Fund. This document sets out the taxation position of any  distributions made to you during the period from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011. This document includes the information you require to maintain your  taxation records and is to be used to assist in the preparation of your taxation return.
