Mona Vale Group

The Mona Vale Group is a joint venture to develop 20 luxury apartments on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in the suburb of Mona Vale.

The Group comprises two groups of wholesale investors:

• Lubama: Syndicate of original investors who purchased four adjoining blocks and then sought approval to rezone and develop the site; and
• Mona Vale Development Trust: a unit trust consisting of wholesale investors who acquired the interest of an early joint venture partner and provided additional capital to take the development to the construction phase.
